Your vehicle and driver registration information, to confirm your identity when you register to take a defensive driving course. The State of Texas requires that we collect this identification confirmation.

Your email address, to create a user login and to communicate with you in the event you forget your password, to advise you of limited time to complete the course before a deadline, and/or notify you of the CertiFile status of your completion certificate.

The identification of the court that issued the citation so that we can (a) Include that on your completion certificate and (b) CertiFile the completion certificate with the appropriate court

Your mailing address, so that we can send you a hard copy of your completion certificate. The State of Texas requires this.

Your credit card information so that we can process payment for the use of the ExpressLane Defensive Driving services.
